• Living room with free air conditioning, chaise longue sofa, dining table for 6, 55″ smart TV with a wide selection of Spanish and international channels, and sliding doors opening onto the pool area.

• Fully equipped kitchen including a dining area for 4 people, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, 3-ring electric hob, oven, washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and steam iron.

• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed.

• 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower and support bar.

• Private patio with 6 sun loungers, outdoor shower…. electronic dartboard” “and private swimming pool that can be heated for 120€/week

First floor

• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace with seating for 4 people.

• 1 bedroom with 2 standard single beds.

• 1 full bathroom with bathtub, shower, and bidet.

• All bedrooms face the private pool area and the sea, and include new mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans with remote control, blackout curtains or blinds, and built-in wardrobes (one with a key-operated safe).

Deposit: 10% of the booking price. It will be held as a security deposit until the end of the stay.

Minimum stay of 5 nights.

Extra charge from the 4th guest onwards: €15 per person per night.
Cleaning fee: €100 per stay.
Pool heating fee: 120€/week

Payments accepted in cash up to €1,000, as well as by bank transfer, Bizum, and PayPal.

Only the number of guests included in the booking may use the property. All guests must register in accordance with local law, providing a passport or national ID.

In the Apartment:

1. Do not drink tap water, as it is desalinated and not recommended, not even for ironing. It can be used for cooking if boiled.

2. Do not engage in risky activities and respect the neighbors.

3. Avoid damage to the house and its contents.

4. Keep the main door and terrace doors closed when you are not inside the house.

5. Leave the safe open at the end of your stay.

6. Do not leave electrical devices running while you are not at the property. Please turn off the Air Conditioning when leaving.

7. Smoking is permitted in private patios and pool area.

8. Check-out before 10am, check-in from 3pm.
