It feels like a first floor overlooking the pool, thanks to its privacy, yet it’s a ground floor with convenient and easy access through its main entrance.
General Information
La Joya del Molino is an apartment located in the Los Molinos complex, designed by the famous international Lanzarote artist César Manrique, in the center of Costa Teguise. It is well connected and close to bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The area is quiet, and the complex even more so. Just a few minutes’ walk from Playa Bastián.
Located on the ground floor, it offers 42 m² of living space and a 12 m² terrace. It features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a full bathroom with a spacious shower, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The living room is pleasant and bright thanks to its simple décor, designed to evoke the sea, its light, and the sense of calm in the surroundings.
From the spacious terrace, you will enjoy magnificent views of both the beautiful swimming pool and the lovely landscaped gardens.

In the Apartment:
1. Do not drink tap water, as it is desalinated and not recommended, not even for ironing. It can be used for cooking if boiled.
2. Do not develop risky activities and respect the neighbors.
3. Avoid damage to the house and its contents.
4. Keep the front door and other doors closed when you are not inside the house.
5. Leave the safe open at the end of your stay.
